I am among the many victims of the fraudulent acts of Courtesy Auto World. I traded in 2 newer cars for an older one in attempts to lower my payments in this tough economy. I also cashed in a small retirement account to provide a substantial down payment to off set the negative equity. I worked for Raceway for many years, and the things I saw them do to customers and employees was terrible.
The General Manager would act so politically correct in public, and his buddy used car manager would follow him around like a pet dog, and oh they were syrupy sweet to customers and employees, but behind closed doors, customers and employees became. By sending in $5.00 registration and 100 dollars worth of recipts each month at one brand of gas station "Quick Stop" we were to receive $25.00 gift card good at that brand of station. I've been doing it since September 08 and have yet to get a rebate. I did get an email from them one time indication that had a computer failure, but they would be relinstated and I would soon get the due credits. It has not happened. This was handed through the mail so I would consider it mail fraud?

On 1/3/2009 I went to metro motors to buy a car. I put a deposit $100 deposit down that he said was refundable on a 1990 Toyota Camry.
On 1/17/2009 I went to pick up the car like agreed upon with $200 Dan Cash told me to bring. He informed me he sold that car but he had a really good running Dodge Intrepid that he would sell me. He just blew it off told me it was probably just rusty brakes from sitting for a while. So, I gave it a week to see if it would get better; it did not. We bought a new Tiburon on a Friday evening that was dirty, needed the wheels changed, and a second key fob. They did not have time to complete the work on Friday and gave us an appointment for Monday at 11:00am. The sales person Kathy, even said she would refill the gas tank then. This is the worst 'Company' to work with. After an extensive research about the company which refused to pay for services that my company provided I found that Design-Engine Inc. doesn't even exist. They do not return my phone calls, e-mails, faxes and mail. They owe my company $1, 000 and haven't paid a dime yet. It's been months since we completed the project in a timely manner. On 02/11/2009, I ordered an "in stock" item from AutoParts Giant. On 20/14/2009, my credit card was charged. On 20/20/2009, I received an email confirmation that my order had been shipped, but no tracking info was provided. Per the website, it may take 5 days to get tracking info. It is now 20/28/2009. Ever since I've been dealing with American Car Center, there has been nothing but lies, chaos, confusion, and terrible customer service. I went there because they had an advertisement claiming that you could pay $500 down upfront on a vehicle and bring the remaining balance of the down payment back once you received your tax refund. I am a four time Mercedes Benz owner and have recently had the worst, most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a Service Department. I have been a faithful customer of SKODA since the past five years. In the last five years I have purchased and used four SKODA cars and recently was in the process of buying the Top of the Shelf model Laura. Incidentally this would have been the third Laura car and the 4th SKODA car in this short period.

Eagle Warranty
Understand that Eagle will only be covering a part of the repair - the contract is very misleading - read the fine print at the bottom. Also, they pro-rate the amount they will pay according to parts that will last for the lifetime of your contract with them (they are not looking out for you or your car in the least). When used parts weren't available for my repair, they only offered a little more for a new part. I was still stuck covering 35% of the bill.

Ok so, a couple of week ago, my car broke down. I left it on the side of the highway for what was supposed to be about 8.5 hrs. (I was making arrangements to pick it up later). Three issues: Filthy vehicles, breach of privacy and illegal cars.
Firstly, the SUV selection I could choose from were all dirty and had litter inside the vehicles. I picked the least nasty one. It had a dirty exterior, french fries under the back seats and used juice bottles under the front seats. It was still better than the others that had cigarette burns in the upholstery and grease and soda smears on the dashboards.
