Fremont & Purdon, Inc.
October 28, 2008
I had used them once before for a very very minor service and they were good and the price was reasonable. So, I used them again a few months later to do a more serious work on my car: Replace the 4 tires with the ones I brought with me, among other things. When I went to pick up the car, the tires were replaced and balanced. It was late in the day and dark. So I paid and drove home. Next day, when I walked to my car, I was shocked to find all 4 alloy rims on my cars had circular scrap marks. They are all around the same area. My... read full review »

E and T Auto Center ( Car Mechanic)
October 28, 2008
My car – Toyata camry 1995 had been leaking oil for quiet some time. I brought it to Peter on Oct 2’ 08. He checked it and gave me an estimate of $550 and asked me to pay in advance. I paid him $550 and brought back car to him on Oct 4’ 08. But he said he is busy and can’t do the work, so we agree to bring back on Oct11’08. I brought car for fixing on Oct11 at 8 am. And wanted him to do the work in front of me. He didn’t allow me to stay. However, I left the car with him and came back at 12 pm same day and... read full review »

prospect auto recovery
October 28, 2008
I work for a small carpet cleaning company, and our shop/office is based in a working class neighborhood. We have parked for a very long time in an adjacent burger king parking lot, which is huge. We patronize this burger king daily, and had eaten breakfast there the morning of this incident. Workers for a towing/revovery/auto auction company asked an employee verbally if they could tow our 4 cars that were in the lot. The employee apparently said yes, so with no A.)"no parking" signs up B.)no written permission/contract C.)warning... read full review »

October 28, 2008
I have tried to be in contact with Wilbur and Associates to figure out how I can pay for the damages that I caused last year. However, whenever I call them, I get an answering machine, and no one ever calls back. I would like to get ahold of them so I can get my license back. read full review »

To whom might concern, I like to comment about couple person in vandergrif dealer. First of all is the finance personel Chelsea, She more likely forced customer to buy services, skip all the explaination, hurry not to go through detail for customer to understand For Example the Uniseal she told me that the car would need to put the uniseal on to protect the paint, so we bought the services, but the time we brought the car to put uniseal on they say the car is already had it when it arrived dealer, Why would I Paid extra money for something... read full review »

Nuvell General Motors
October 28, 2008
I too am a victim of nuvell.!!! I was never treated so unfair, rude, harassed in my life. The calls were so bad they even called my daughter's inlaws that I hardly know. I had two sick leaves in two years and they would not work with me at all. I had insurance to help with the payments and they refused to wait until the payments were issued and called me a lair even though I read the letter from the insurance company that issued them a check. I would like to warn people to never use their services at all. Now I know why GM is going under... read full review »

Pro Import
October 28, 2008
I recently awoke from a nightmare involving Tony Waters at Pro Import. I had a problem with my vehicle, so I dropped it off at Pro Import in Winter Haven. Tony called me back, and said that he had diagnosed the problem as the clutch master and slave cylinder (which were leaking), and the repair would be $360. I picked the car up two days later, and the car still had THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM. I brought the car back the same day, and Tony tells me that the parts he installed on my car must be defective. He stated that he would order new parts and... read full review »

Dominion Wrecker Service
October 28, 2008
Sunday at 6am in the morning my brother in law parked his car in the visitor spot with the pass in the mirror. We came back to the house at approximately 3:30pm and saw that the van was not where he parked it. I contacted the police and was told that Dominion Wreckers had towed it. I was given a phone number to call and the lady that answered the phone informed me that the vehicle was towed due to an inspection sticker being expired for more than 30 days. She then told me that we would have to pay $150 dollars to get the car released. In... read full review »

Country Limousine
October 28, 2008
Beware of Michael's Town & Country Limousine Service, (aka Country Limousine Service). I called and asked for a round-trip price quote to JFK airport and mentioned that I was comparing the price to a shared-ride van shuttle service. I was told the price was $75. I asked if this included the gratuity and was told NO. This price was within $20 of the round-trip shared-ride service, so my wife and I decided to use T&C. After the 1st part of the round-trip, the ride to the airport, a charge from T&C appeared on my credit card for... read full review »

central kia of irving
October 28, 2008
Central Kia is the worst company that I have ever dealt with in all of my professional career. They are sneaky with paperwork. They raised the price of the vehicle up from the internet price, they agreed to pay half of tax title and license but then when the paper work was ready to be signed it included the whole amount. They just wear you out about the extended warranty, I was told it was ten years and or 100, 000 miles, paperwork showed 36 months or 90, 000. I cancelled the extended warranty because three and half month... read full review »

B&R auto parts
October 27, 2008
On October 22, 2008 my son took his 1999 Honda Civic to Scott's automotive in Lubbock. After inspecting it, they determined that he had a bad engine and his only option was to replace it. They gave him the B&R auto parts name as a place to call for an engine. He called B&R auto parts and they did have an engine available. Woodings Professional Car Care
October 27, 2008
Please do not take your car to here to get cleaned or detailed. Ed Wooding, the owner of this establishment does not care about giving you what you pay for or treating you as a valued customer. He only cares about treating your like a moron and somehow trying to prove to you that he knows infinitely more than you. I got my car (supposedly) cleaned, buffed, and waxed but the car was not done on time and was not done properly. I had to listen to a song and dance about how it was my fault. read full review »

I have had issues with the oxygen sensors 3times and then a really bad coolant leak while the car was still under warrenty. Arco Gas Station and Car Wash
October 25, 2008
Hi, I provided $70, sayin git out loud, to the gas clerk named "Dabid", or "David" on Saturday, Oct 25 at about 1:15pm, since he said their ATM and Credit card pump machines were not working that afternoon. He did not provide me with a receipt. I pumped about $35 of gas, returned to him, and he gave me change for $60. I told I gave him a $50 and $20 bill, but he refused. I advised the cameras would have seen it, but he refused to play them. I asked his name, and he refused multiple times, eventually writing it down in illegable, to me, letters. I finally got it when his partner looked at him. thank you, Kerry Brown read full review »

motor leaks oil, bolts falling out in several places, axle nuts coming loose allowing axle to shift, battery does not hold charge for any length of time, called an ATV but owner manual says not to ride on hills or climb up inclines ( what does ATV mean anyway) false advertisement in my book. It is stupit that gas stations slow down the flow of fuel 25ct from your prepaid amount. It has not always been this way, in the past it would slow down 5-10ct from the prepaid amount. I brought my car in to Five Towns Nissan on Thursday, 10/9/08 for both service and a problem I have had with my car for FOUR years - when I go to put the driver front side automatic window up it pops back down. The only way I figured to get the window to stay up is by "inching" it up a little at a time (which does not always work). On 10/9/08, I sat for 3 1/2 hours waiting for my car. Please note that I brought the car in regarding the window problem on 11/24/04 this problem was corrected. Then the same problem happened and I brought... read full review »

Pars Cars is very unprofessional with their sales tactics.
