I went through an Ebay transaction where Molitor Motorsports failed to fullfil their contractual obligations. They stated to me the item was on its way but instead of sending the item, the refunded my money. At which time I left a negative feedback "did not receive item" on Ebay's feedback forum. At which time, Alex Molitor from Molitor Motorsports started to send harassing emails. He used derogatory language and threats of legal action which have no bias and emailing me directly outside of Ebay. January 16 2006 I puchased a brand new Jeep Wrangler fron Mike Shad. At that time I was sold and paid for a Daimler Chrysler Max Care Service contract in good faith at a cost of $2011.60. To date I have paid principal and interest on this plan. When I needed to use the service I was told the contract was no good. At that time I made several personal visits and phone calls to Mr Karl Murphy's office who sold me the contract as well as Mr John Bobango the General Manger who both told me they would make it good. Hello, I'm reporting this particular company for a couple of reasons, this company sells automotive engines imported from Japan. purchased a motorhome with 150 miles on it coverage through altmans, plus existing manufacture warranty and bought an extended warranty. After four attempts for them to fix the toilet leak they stated they could not verify the leak even though the service adviser verified water behind the toilet every time. I filed bankruptcy and keep receiving letters from United nissan to come in a get a new car. I finally went in and they took my drivers license and keys and kept them until I said yes on a new car. 6 hours later I finally said yes and got a new car and drove off the lot with contract all signed at 16.25 %. I was stunned to learn that Porsche would not warranty the clutch on my 2007 Cayman S with less than 20, 000 miles. They say it is a wear out item like wiper blades and I should bend over to the tune of $3500. I believe my back window broke because the trunk on my ford focus always shut hard. My dealer in tn. will not pay 1 cent to have it fixed. I have bought 2 new cars at that dealer. Talk about not standing behind their product. My car is a 2007 ford focus I bought it new 8 months ago. Ive always had to shut the trunk hard because it would look shut but wouldn't be. Excess wear and tear in the amount of 1075.00 that is ridiculous! The car is a mercedes slk350, sport car. There are tiny paint chips from driving the car to and from work on a main road. I had complained a few weeks ago to my local dealer about my Lexus ES 350 (still under full warranty) transmission. I went to get a part, and I was followed around as if I wanted to steal something. The general manager asked to black employees to defuse the situation because they could relate to another Black man. This is not the first time, prior to this I was asked if I wanted a job application when I went to view the Rx300.
