Chase student loan has been extremely rude and unethical since my student loan has been in repayment. Due to the economy there's just not enough money to go around. My father was suppose to pay my medical bill and forgot so the bill went into collection (Overton, Russell, Doerr & Donovan). I applied for a loan and this bill appeared on my credit report. We tried using 534 Rent to broker a contract between a renter (us) and the property owner. Cindy Wirt, the office worker, was extremely rude to us and failed to pass along information to us. 8/3/10 To whom this concerns: Wells Fargo has hired this company Pinnacle Financial to negotiate on their behalf. They fired them w/o informing us. Now we are ready to close escrow and their new company Enhanced Recovery Corporation is saying the amount of compensation is too low and there is no negotiating it. Got a call from a man named Tim Robinson who said that he was calling from the legal dept of his company b/c I had defaulted on a payday loan from Cash Adv. I had frauded the company b/c I hadn't paid it back. I asked for dates, hard copies, copies of the email they reportedly had sent me. Tax Matters led me to believe that for 5+ months they had been in contact with the IRS helping me to get my interested and penalties lowered. I paid them upwards of $3000. We rented from this corp for 2 years. From the minute we walked in we had issues. I am currently in a a bankruptcy. My Mortgage is included in this Bankruptcy. My mortgage had been paid up as of April 2010 per Bankruptcy. The lender OneWest/IndyMac Mortgage claims that I am behind in the amount of $1044.
