I started my classes at Chubb in August 2007. I came into a class with one teacher, who was very friendly and helpful, but not very organized. They soon divided the class time between two teachers with two very different teaching techniques, clashing horribly, and they themselves did not get along well either. I was employed as a nurse at this facility for approximately 18 months, and endured intimidation by management, underpayment of benefits, and outright favoritism in many instances. I complained to Human Resources, and the manager that I was complaining against all of a sudden started to harass me publicly and privately. Very rude customer service rep REFUSED to give me a return authorization number so I could return my product that came with a full refund guarantee for any reason. She did not give her name, would not let me talk to her supervisor. I called three times and she was the only one that answered the phone. I had a tubal reversal surgery done on 10-13-2005 in Clearwater by Dr Sanchez and Dr Zbella. To my findings from my gyn on 8-27-2007 my tubes were ruined after this surgery. The University of Phoenix talked me in to re-enrolling in their MFT Program. I told them I didn't think I could do the course work because I was still attending the University of Nevada Reno and working full time. I also commute one hour each way to work. They assured me I could try it for a while and it it was too much I could withdraw. Part way into the semester I could see I wasn't going to be able to do the program. Doe not care for children. Has many teachers that sleep, discuss not liking mixed couples or children, allows things to happen to the kids and then tells the parent we saw nothing and I don't know what happened. This Center also shreds important letters from parents. Not feeding children is just part of the routine. At least twice a day there is a complaint that parents are not getting settled. I didnt hear from them after i send my degree transcripts .I mailed them and got same automated response 2 times.I tried to call them but they keep me on hold for about 20 minutes saying no customer representatives are free, so i hanged up.
