I have not been able to reconcile my bank statement for Feb on due to my husband's illness and dying in March. I have been very ill and having dangerous surgery next week. (Not heart). I have been paying for a service that i have no received. I pay every month for my boost mobil unlimited wit an extra of pictures and text messages and i still cant send pictures, its been over 2 months that a technition was suppose to contact me and help me whit my problem and still i haven't received a call. TomTom is wrong on there address's here in Caseville, MI. and they admit it when you call them saying they had other complaints about it. When you ask if they will give make it right they tell you to buy the new maps which they will not guarantee are right and will not refund your money if there are not right. Map share is a joke!!! If you tell them that the map is wrong it never shows up as being corrected and talking to these folks on the phone trying to get this right is a waste of time! Next time were going to go garmen. I ordered a Pentax camera online at a good price. They called to say they needed further information to complete my order. The salesman offered me a special package of tripod, cleaning kit, extended warranty, UV filter, external charger, and extra battery. During the conversation he said that the external charger did not come with the camera and cost extra. This was a lie. He also lied about the value of the extra battery and the tripod. I ordered a cell phone on May 12th, 2008 did not receive it, in the beginning of June 2008, I cancelled they emailed me and told me to check my next statement. It is July 11th and I have seen nothing. I cannot reach them by phone or on line. I am so pissed off I can't tell you. This company should be inspected by major consumers groups. I bought a 6.5 KG Front Load Washing which is whirlpool Sensation Elite. Absolutely name does not replicate the functionality of the machine. I ordered for a Nokia N95 which was Rs. 8750 and they did not deliver it fro 30days even after my repeated calls to them. This is the 2nd time in 3 yrs i brought my computer back to conns to fix (i bought it at conns). 1st time took 6 days this time it was 11 days and they still haven't fixed, so i went 30 miles picked it up brought it to another place (dr.pc) and was fixed in one hour and half the price. I had purchased an Electolux AC in April 2006. That same year, the remote control of the AC stopped working. I called up the customer support number and a representative finally showed up after more than a week and repeated calls. He told us that they do not have the inventory of this remote control. Liberty Wireless account short changed me on my minutes. Supposedly plan included free nights and weekends. Checked my minutes 9 pm on Friday night, 42 minutes still available. I purchased two V tech phones in January 2008 and they have been going crazy since February. I can't talk on the phone for 10 minutes before the phone cuts off. I called the number in the book and talked to a vtech representative and he gave me a tracking number to receive new phones. The catch is I have to ship the phones back at my expense. I am writing this mail in great pain and frustration.
