Just do not waste time trying to buy things from Camera Professionals. They are SCAM. they never honor your order. They advise cheaper prices, and I put oder to buy a SONY camcorder DCR-SR300. They sent me email to call them to confirm my order. I did last Sunday. nothing delivered to me. I called a week later, was told my camcorder is on back-order. Rude on the phone about unexplained charges. Made no attempt to rectify the situation. Although not intentionally deceiving, they chose to hide how charges are made. Did not explain how they bill their customers and proceeded to charge for services that could be free if you knew that's what they were charging you for. Example: installing Service Pack 2 and subsequent updates at a rate of $45 an hour. If someone elects to pay that price for that service then fine, but I would have never done that if they actually had said so up front. read full review »

The website offers computer protection from porn, etc but I found it to be more annoying than protecting. I removed it from my computer and I emailed for them to cancel the billing. Date is inappropriate. Anyway, for years the Canon drivers for their canoscan Lide scanners are terrible. Won't scan, if they do it's slow, often crash, at best get 2 scans before requiring a restart of the computer. I had to pay an extra $40 for a third party scan software (vuescan.) I signed up for this service that was suppose to save me between 50 and 75 dollars every month on my gas and electric bill. The first month after I received my bill it was higher not lower. The rep that came to my door advised me that of what I would be saving and that it was a service free of charge. Not true my bill was higher and the company is now charging me a fee as well. i have a magnavox and it is the worst product that i have ever bought in my life. i spent 1500 on this tv that after 3 months it turned off then on over and over again. The store had 5 computers that had been returned unopend by someone who had bought them from Target online and so they were greatley reduced in price.
