The service personnel who come for after sales service are getting downright rude and can't converse in basic English but communicate in the local language. The scheduled date or recharging the service form is days away and the consumer is asked to pay up earlier and that too for 3 yrs at a time.What kind of harassment is that? I bought a RCA 42 inch tv in May 2007 for $1100 in cash. TV stopped working October 4, 2007 (5 months later). RCA tried to fix it with no success. RCA said they would exchange my TV, they didn't. We order 300 DVD plastic cases from this company on 02/08/08 recieve them by UPS ground on 02/18/08 . We recieved 3 cases . 2 0f the case's were taped on the end And the boxes filled with taped in cardboard so as to look like they were full ! 1 case had 100 in it , the 2nd had 79 . I ordered a camcorder and a protective UV lens. I got a call the next day trying to upsell the battery. They stated that the battery with the camera would only last 20 minutes. We purchased a xbox 360 game system for my son Christmas 2006 and the system has stopped working 1 year and 1 month after the purchase. The warranty on this product is 1 year. Surprise surprise!!! I have purchased Onida microwave in the month of october, 2007. The demo person came to my house after ten days. That too after making telephonic complaint to Mumbai office. I really cannot trust Relianceindiacall.com. The other day my friend just showed me how easy it is to login to their website with a local number. Once you have the number you can just write the script with the PIN and can go into the site.
