We were sold a bogus bundle package from Direct TV back in November. We've since been told by AT&T that the phone and internet offered by Direct was never available in our area. We have tried since to disconnect and they will not disconnect. They continue to bill us against authorization and are threatening to report us to the credit bureaus. I just paid for a one year subscription to this magazine. After one issue I was sent a letter that they are stopping publication with the next issue. They should not have accepted my 1 year subscription if they were going to stop publication the next month. They are still advertizing subscriptions at their web site. Beware of this magazine. I was unable to watch WC Ice Hockey in 2011 by terrestrial broadcast, therefore i have paid for internet stream provided by the broadcasting rights holder IIHF. However, i was unable to watch any of the matches i paid for due to technical difficulties on the provider's side. We went to the Christmas Town in Busch Gardens, Williamsburg, VA last December. I'm a monthly subcriber to AT&T DSL service in my area. On the AT&T support website, they offer members a free pc health check scan as a free download. McAfee actually provides (or builds) the software program. Immediately after downloading the software, my antivirus software pops up a virus alert message, saying the program I just loaded has a virus in it. Theres quite nothing like having a DSL service provider offer free software downloads that contain viruses and trojans. Gee, way to go AT&T! The picture on my two year old plasma tv suddenly went black and will not return. A Google search of this reveals that this problem is really common.
