I just recieved a collection letter from National Credit Solutions regarding a bill for $152.56 for Music Service from Direct Brands, Inc: Music Service formally BMG Music. How can a complete inside cover page of my book suddenly appear on top of page 157? It has cost me a great deal of money as it didn't show up in the pdf file I generated. When I started watching them it was clearly obvious that they had been recorded from TV. The recording was complete with adverts. I paid $69.90US for this set, which was $76.99AU. I give wendy's a bad review as I had been watching these wonderful marketing views on t.v. and finally about a month later went to go visit a new store in Daytona Beach close to I 95 and LPGA. One of their promotions is that on your birthday, you get a free pass for 2 persons for any movie on that day (which for me is April 19th) plus a free medium combo, that is med popcorn & soda plus a hot dog. I purchased a VIZIO tv in March 2009. I just opened the box to find that screws were missing to secure the base. I was on the phone for an hour trying to get this rectified. They would not make any exceptions to send me 4 screws. I know there are policies and the onus is on me for not opening the tv sooner...but come on...4 screws!
