My family purchased a total of 5 Color Nooks from B&N over the 2010 holiday season. After being loyal customers for two decades we encountered repeated problems with the Nooks and could not get a response from customer service. The store wouldn't help us at all. This company is based in Lucknow and having very poor management, Even it would be good to say that it is good for nothing. These guys promise several things with everyone on the time of interview but as the guy joins these guys forget about their promises. They told me that i signed a contract saying that i wasn’t able to cancel my subscription with them. I don’t recall signing anything, they signed me up through the phone so i don’t have any written proof that i signed any sort of contract. Similar situation. Laptop was froze up and unprotrected from various threats. Charge for antivirus software was listed as 19.90 but posted to my account the next day for 99.90.
