On Jul 2nd, 2009 their rep stopped at my house. We renewed Reader's Digest that day, with a three day right to cancel. I did that the next day, and have proof of it. The receipt number is K00018278, in the amount of $63.00. Subsequently, I was asked by them to submit more proof in January, 2010, which I did. I have complied with all aspects of the right to cancel, and they ignore my request to repay me. This is a legal contract, and I have lived up to it, but they have not. Movie download site designed to entrap. Terms of service text file includes a comma separated list of titles with many misspellings. That is a list of ALL movies available on the site. We experienced horrible service from Warrantech in trying to get them to replace our 56" DLP TV after the serviceman indicated that the light generator was no longer available and indicated it could not be repaired. Viruses, Spyware has been noticed on people's computers from this program - in which they tell you to download their latest version and all will be fixed. Unable to cancel service. I lost my job and i had made payments up until that point. Also i never received the magazines i subscribed to. I was supposed to get 6 or 7 a month and would maybe get 3 or 4. I sent in final payment with note to cancel membership. They kept billing me. I sent in several more letters explaining that i was unable to continue my membership and still no one canceled the service. I had a fatty steak at the Charlie Browns in Langhorne a few months back. I didnt complain just ate it and said I'd never return. I purchased three tickets for the Feburary 2010 NASCAR race in Fontana Calif. I bought the tickets directly from NASCAR in Florida. They suggested that I buy the Mondial Assistance insurance in the event there was a serious reason why we could not attend the race. I've got this TV only for about one and half year, then all of a sudden it won't turn on, only the led will light up but no screen or sound, phone the corporate office, they said it's out of warranty and the only thing they can do is sell me the parts at 50% discount, but I have to find someone to install it at my expense. Buyer Beware - Arcane business practices are used in order to dupe consumers out of recurring charges. Customer service (misnomer) while polite, is impotent and unable to make even basic corrections. These fraudmeisters bill my credit card everymonth and say that I signed up for a "loyalty club"a t $9.95 a month. they did not provide my security code but had my card # and mailing address. I stupidly signed up for this deal, thinking I could record movies and watch them later. Well, yes they have 100's of channels as advertised but most of them are from different countries and either you can't understand them or they are just dumb movies. Discrimination of Handicapped Persons at the restaurant: 410 Bank Street Cape May, NJ. Manager refused to allow me to use the handicap ramp. I was forced to get out of wheelchair with oxygen tank or no service. I have leukemia and underwent a bone marrow transplant.
