The lack of service is incredible. I'm a loyal Guitar Center customer and have spent thousands of dollars there over the years. I dropped a guitar off over a month ago. They will keep you hanging and you will not get your order. I closed my credit card at the bank to keep from getting charged any more and they credited my account. On October 25 I ordered one DVD for $13.95. On that day my credit card was Charged $1. On October 26 my card was charged $14.05. On October 31 my card was charged $19.95. I went to the Outback Goiânia, Goias, Brazil and during the payment I realized that the attendant had passed my bank card twice, in debit and credit. The other day I went to talk with the manager and I showed him my bank statement, he said the bank would return the money automatically. The bank did not returned my money. This company has great food, but they are seriously challenged with their service and operations. They have an online delivery service which tells you when to expect the order. My time was 45 minutes. The first time I ordered, I got a call 10 minutes later asking me a question about my order.
