Product for improving computer speed was useless. Nothing that you could'nt accomplish your self with normal maintenace like defragging and compacting file etc. The process of trying to abort the company's plan to automatically charge me for annual renewal was absurd ! They put a coupon in the local monthy coupon mailer that kids eat free Tues and Wed with each paying adult. We went in there for dinner and when we mentioned the kids eat free, the waitress said that was no longer good, that they now had lunch specials 5 for 5 and that there was no kids eat free. I also received a book from the Readers Digest Company, who stated that by replying to their sweepstakes request I automatically join the book club even though no where on the sweepstakes form does it state that you do so. But by calling the Readers Digest Book Department at 1-800-463-8820, I told them that I did not ask to join their book club and should have never received any books from their company. I purchased this series mainly because they said it was "Excellent picture and audio quality. That is not the case. The picture quality is poor and the audio has a tendency to cut in and out. How can a Disney on Ice show be canceled due to inclement weather and then they give you 2 weeks to get your refund. Why is there a time limit and where does it state these rules? Almost exactly 12 months ago I purchased the above product - a High Definition Digital Set Top Box - and six months later the remote control quit. The Company supplying would not replace it and I had to purchase a new remote control. This company is a bunch of fast-talking telemarketing scam artists. For about 8 months in 2009, they called me every couple of months, introducing themselves with a different explanation each time. I ordered an entire set of whos the boss the entire series. I waited over one month to recieve my product. By the third week I found this website with several complaints about the company so I tried to cancel my order and lo and behold my order arrived one week later. I am currently watching the first disk and I have discovered that the dvds were recorded off of nick at nite and the quality is really really poor. the dvd skips over and over again. Was going through Drive thru this afternoon, March 7, 2010 waiting for my food at the pickup window. The server had gone to get my order and had left the window open. I do not appreciate one of the front line staff stomping up to the window "swearing" under her breath and then slamming the window in my face. Gift certificate that was paid-for in advance was not honored. It was sub-contracted with The Great American Balloon Company and they cancelled many times due to the weather, although the weather was not poor. After several years of emails and phone calls, they refused to give a refund unless we produced an original credit card receipt. We gave up. Dont fall into this SCAM. Especially to the step by step mentoring program. You might learn a few new things from the book if you're totally new to real estate but the coaching/mentoring program is just a SCAM. You learn nothing new and you'll get no help.
