I made a photobook for my vacation photos with Inkubook, never received the book. Waited 3-4 weeks. I don't know if it was a problem with UPS - I have no idea. Supposedly it was delivered here and then sent back to Inkubook (the shipper). UPS said the receiver "refused the package, " I don't understand how that can be unless Inkubook sent it to the wrong address. I ordered Kung Fu The Legend Continues. The dvds are of very poor quality. There are loud screeching noises present on many of the dvds. Other dvds have constant missing pixels which causes interruption of the program. Sometimes the dialog is missing for as long as 14 minutes. I asked for replacements but the replacement dvds are just as bad, if not worse, than the originals. I have noticed that the dvds seem to be deteriorating even more in quality with each use. I installed the Spyware Doctor with Antivirus on 2 of my computers a bit over a month ago and shortly thereafter, my internet stopped working. It took me a while to figure out that the cause of the internet failure wasn't the router, but the antivirus software. Once I uninstalled it, my computers were fine. When I asked for a refund from PCTools, I was simply told that the 30-day limit for refunds had elapsed; however, they had "now canceled the automatic renewal for your license". I purchased a television from Currys in November of 2008. A few days after receiving the TV, the screen started flashing black pictures on and off. I didn't report the problem immediately as i felt maybe the TV wasn't tuned properly.
