Had trouble with my computer, I could not get on the internet off and on issue, it finally go worse and I just could not get on. I took my computer to Best Buy and they simply shut off Trend and I was able to get onto the internet. I deleted Trend and kept Webroot. Subway charged me sales tax on adding money to my sub club card, and then charges me tax on individual uses. That is double taxing on the same purchase. I contacted them, and they agreed that it was wrong. However, they never issued me a refund as they had said. I would think double-taxing on the same purchase is illegal. My name is Rikk, I have serious issues with my HP Plasma 4260N - First, I had an video board replaced, then black lines across the bottom of the screen, then an all-out color wash screen. 3 serious problems in 4 years, and HP doesn't care. Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is absolutely ridiculous. Fir'st off, why the hell would they make it so easy for no talent ass holes to run around and kill people with those "nube tubes." Got a letter call from ICR collection agency stating that we owed $299 for an accounts payable publication we did not authorize shipment of. Was told if we paid $130 they would cancel the rest and not charge more. To keep our credit clean we gave our visa # to pay the $130. I order the complete series of "That Girl", but what I recieved was the complete, recorded off a vhs tape, of "That Gir". That's right...I said "That Gir". The lables on the dvd's said "That Gir". What I got was pure garbage. The shipping lable said that this came from someone named "Mr. Zhang" with no company name. I find that the customer service in Brooklyn branch of TWC is really lacking. We have been trying to transfer our Triple Play Service (cable, phone, internet) to our new apartment for about a month now. Our first scheduled technician appointment never happened. When we called TWC, the rep said, "Oh you're service was canceled." We replied, "well we didn't cancel our service, we transferred it." As a customer for 4 years this once was a great product. In the past 6 months their tech support (all Indian now) just sends an email and says unload and reload. It is their status quo, if you can even get through to tech support. When you dial their 323-257-8886 you continuously get a busy tone. Recently took my daughter to Chuck E Cheese and purchased $15.00 worth of tokens for games and two bags of cotten candy. The cashier rudely told me that we could not use a table because we just didn't purchase food. I just spent more money than any of their food products cost! I bought 5 Indian movie DVDs from them. Two of them were totally defective. I e-mailed them to say the nature of defects and I wanted to return them for credit card refund or substitute DVDs of same value.
