I bought a 52" Samsung LCD HDTV online at Best Buy.com. They promise free shipping and give you a choice of which day you can have it delivered. I chose the 15th of January. They pressured me into purchasing their product. When I recieved the magazines, all but one, "Seventeen" for my granddaughter, they had chosen for me. Horrible customer service! Purchased their DVD software online. After downloading the software and receiving the activation code I started experiencing software glitches right away. I was not able to enter the code via “copy/paste” but had to type in the code one letter/number at a time. Wouldn’t be a biggy if the code wasn’t 25 characters long! Ordered series set on DVD to be delivered to my father. Set was sent from China addressed to his street and my city. DVD's were low quality, obviously recorded off of the television (some of the shows even had the Sci-Fi Channel logo on them!). On January 18, 2010 I took by grand daughters to see The Spy Next Door at 13:20 in theater 14. We arrived early and choose our seats. While I went to the concession stand one of your employees made by grand chidren move and gave away my seat after being informed it was taken. I've had Direct TV now for 8 weeks and I've lost my sat feed over three weekends or Fri-Monday when they could actually have a repairman look at it...It seems everytime it rains I loose my sat feed, which means I've been without service 3 out of 8 weekends. I bought a mansfield duel drill for a christmas present. I received the drill on october 27th 2009. I then wrapped the present, in good faith, thinking that all parts would be inside the box.The battery was missing when my boyfreind opened his present. As you can understand the drill is useless.
