The website advertised excellent video and audio quality on the series. This is not the case! Ultimately, I was sent 3 copies of this series, supposedly by different suppliers in China. All 3 had poor video quality. There were mislabeled duplicate shows, and the quality on a number of them was terrible. Some skipped, stopped, or wouldn't play at all. I purchased Dreamweaver from http://www.specialtechs.com. As others have also found out, the products at least come out of China, even though the website appears to be based in the USA. I loaded the software, put in the serial number, it went through just fine. Next time I went to use the software it stated that my serial number isn't valid. I ordered and received a DVD set from Dino dvd's. I order Grey's Anatomy and it came in a box looking very similar to the one advertised for this particular season. However, once I put the discs into the DVd player, I found out that these were just episodes recorded off the TV! There were even portions of commercials that they didn't properly crop out! When I decided to cancel my account I sent all my DVD's back to them. 6 months later I got a letter from their debt collection agency stating I still owed them the DVD's and that if I didn't pay up within 1 week they would take me to court and damage my credit rating. My only options were to PAY to ship them back for a refund.
