I ordered books from this company and when I realized it had been well past the promised shipping date I attempted to contact them multiple times, the never replied although their contact us response says they will get back with you in 48 hours or less. Finally after much time delay they replied with, "your order was shipped and is now being returned to our warehouse. we will refund you your money less any fees we incurred". When I received the dvds most of them would not work properly so I decided to contact the company to get a return authorization on all the items.
