Dont not buy the DVD's from Video City. Since they have large collection of Indian movies however the lady makes the vcd or camera prints into DVD's and sell them as original DVD which lacks picture qualtiy and sound.Most of the times the sound is like rattling noise. The store lady is stupid and doesn't know to treat the people. She is false and big mouth lady, if you return any DVD which is not working she will try to bite with her big mouth. Think before you take your children into this particular theater. We sat through a quarter of a movie with a group of dirty mouthed boys who would not stop cursing when I asked them directly. After I purchases from this company I got a receit saying my bill was 9:35, however, I was billed 49.95. They gave no reason as to why the over charge. Upon researching I found that they automatically enter you into a member program when you buy from them. I bought a Weston (Akal ki baat) Color TV (21") from Reliance Digital, Vashi Navi Mumbai, on, 2009. It did not work properly even for a month. There is picture tube defect. The screen display multi-colors & images spoiled. The TV is getting offed automatically. Is it what is expected of the product made by a reputed company. My decision of purchasing a TV turned into a nightmare. I recently ordered a box set of Nash Bridges off the website www.idvdshop.com. I paid £81 for this on my credit card. When the box set arrived, all 30 DVDs were copies, with stickers stuck on. They were not individually packaged in separate DVD cases, as I was expecting. I bought the Mystery P.I. Lost in Las Vegas game. When I finally get to the last level, it freezes or completely stops. I see after digging into their online info that this game may not work on Vista which I have. If I had known this in the first place I would not have bought it. The first Mystery P.I. The Lottery Ticket worked just fine. I have repeatedly sent emails to the support group for help. I guess they are all on vacation or so backlogged with complaints they don't answer. Was signed up for some magazines through a friend. Did not realize how much they were going to charge me. Charge a very high amount for magazines I could get myself for a lot less. I am in California - this company is based in Golden, Colorado. Door to door Magazine sales ("helping a student")... I placed an order in November, 2008 - for $65. I purchased this TV from Best Buy in September of 2007. It worked get for the first six months. Six months later, I have been having some horrible problems with it. Wendy's has been advertising their "new" spicy Asian chicken. The commercials and print ads show big chunks of chicken, glistening with a nice coating of some special sauce overflowing a black plastic tray. What you get is nothing even close to this.
