I was promised a promotional price good for a two year period of time. At the end of one year my promo price disappeared and there was a substantial increase in my bill. When I called Mediacom they issued a ticket number and said they would listen to the original phone call, they record all calls. When they didn't get back to me, I called them again. I too have the same problem - I was told I would have 30 days to evaluate product and could return for any reason and receive a full refund less $14.95 for delivery. NO mention was made about any restocking fee. Our son, as senior, has decided he is not going to retake the ACT test and therefore we do not need this product, I am within the 30 day time limit and have sent two emails and left 2 telephone messages, but had no response whatsoever. I recieved my complete DVD, from DVDmd.tv, set of Will and Grace during the week of 9/22/08.
