Me and my family of (5) members went to baskin robbins 31 flavor wedsnday 4/30/2008 @ 8:45 pm in honor of the .31 cent scoop night. the limit was 10 scoops per person. I purchased a Westinghouse LCD TV model LTV-37w2 HD in August of 2007. I received the product and was initially happy. We put this TV in a spare room thus the TV was used very little, 50 - 100 hours by my estimation. WE 1st ordered the onion blossom, it was cold, & under cooked, it fell apart when you tried to take a piece & the onion was raw towards the middle. Our steaks weren't cooked the way we wanted them & were also cold the Broccoli was raw & cold, as far as "loaded" mashed potatoes, well lets just say they were sad. My Sons burger was cold, his fries were cool & looked like they took them off someone else's plate & thrown on his. What a terrible dinning experience this was ! Audio Output Speakers of LCD TV not working properly. Today(29/04/08) they have done some repairs for the compliant lodged on 02/04/2008 my regd BP no.8407088388. The problem is repeating again and again. Number of times repairs were carried out during the last three months immediately after purchase. I was a patron at this bar when the waitress gave us our bill. It was exactly $49.00, and when I gave her $60.00, she told me that that amount was good. When I asked for change, I was immediately asked to leave by more than one "bouncer". I tried to explain, but was thrown out regardless. When explaining to the "Bouncer", I was told that I was cut off, with no reason. This waitress just took exception to not getting a tip that she thought that she deserved. They took their money on april 11th 2008.I did not think that i was going to get them but finally they arrived today april 25th on opening there were 3 items missing most of the cases were damaged, on testing one of the discs the quality was pretty bad. I called my credit card to help me with the BSM/Grant Search Asst. charges on my card. They started charging my card 4 days after I purchased the CD. According to their policy it's supposed to be a 7 day trial period. My credit card company researched the correct phone number 866-370-7270. I was given a confirmation for my cancellation and they are going to refund the charges. This should include all charges including the BSM/SBA Express. I've been using Tivo with Cox Cable TV in Phoenix for about 2 years. For the past 4 months, the Scientific Atlanta Cable cards installed in the TiVo repeatedly lose the channels. I've had Cox techs about 15 times in the past five months. The problem persists to this very day.
