I bought a brand new Samsung slim fit 21inch TV last July. But less than a month the TV got busted. Its not showing any pictures at all. Got fixed for awhile but after a month the issue persist. Arranged for a service Tech but after a day the same issue occur. Service Tech was scheduled again but after a day the issue keeps on occurring. Ironwood is the outsourced repair arm of DirecTV. On October 19th, Kai, a serviceman from Ironwood trashed my home by leaving 5 separate messes he made. He borrowed my ladder and left it the last place he used it. He left his powerdrill on a 1960's Grundig stereo. He installed a new dish on the roof without removing the old one and I mean he installed a new dish, left the old bracket attached to the roof, and then left the old dish on my roof instead of removing the trash! Purchased Wendy's Chicken Nugget meal at restaurant on McHenry Ave and Coolidge in Modesto, CA. Despite that it was late in the evening (11:30 pm), I did not expect the nuggets to be tasteless, rubbery, and appeared to have been sitting for HOURS. I have my business in my home and have 3 laptops, 3 desktops, and 2 file servers, all loaded with various versions of norton antivirus software. I have also had probably 100 computers loaded with this stuff. Recently I purchased a laptop and installed Norton 360. Supposedly the best product on the market. Withing 3 days I had a Trojan Virus. I purchased a DVD Box set of Carol Burnett episodes. What I got were 8 ripped DVDs of a TVLand Carol Burnett marathon off someone's VCR/DVR/TIVO. All they did was to remove the commercials. Bottom Line Books keeps sending their annual book despite notes sent to the on the prior bill. These books are unsolicited and there is no apparent way to stop delivery. According to others in this predicament, if you fail to pay for this unsolicited book they threaten to mess up your credit report.
