I want to start off saying that I love Taco Bell Food. It's my favorite. I have overlooked numerous times when they have screwed up my order or taken forever. But everyone has a breaking point. Long story short; The customer service reps at Rogers Canada~who, on account of the building I live in HAVE to be my service provider~may be the most indept people in the world. First they forgot to mention that I had to call to cancel my 2 month FREE TRIAL one month ahead (in fact, they explicitely told me that I would be contacted at the end of two months to amend my plan). They send a card with your first magazine to claim a free gift. Go thru to claim it. Yeah, right free gift. As long as you enroll in their book club. Every three to four months pay $20.00 bucks. I agree to stay away from this site. I ordered a series set and never received. The company did charge my CC account and I attempted to write their company several times with no response. The one time I did get information they addressed me as a different person. My husband looked somewhere about the company and he found a web site that showed the administrator as in Pakistan. I just recieved a letter in the mail for a bill. The enclosed bill is from RMCB Collection Agency for the ammount of $199.00. According to this I bought a lifetime membership from the North American Fishing Club and never paid. I have never even gone fishing in my lifetime, so why would I join this. On april 9th 2006 I upgraded my programing to HD. A tech came out and installed a HD receiver and I began to pay for HD programing. On Oct. 22 2007 I upgrade my receiver to a DVR receiver to find out that the tech on April 9th did not hook the receiver up to receice HD. which means I have been paying for programing that I was not getting. I bought four Mc Chicken Sandwich Meals with 4 hot chocolate from McDonalds at Chelmer Village in Chelmsford in Essex, just to find as I got home that the drinks were quite dark. I took off the lid and saw that my cup was not filled to the maximum point. One quarter of my drink that I paid for was not in my cup. This Company seems to have vanished. I have ordered DVDs in the past from them but in May 2007 they took £14.48 from my Credit Card Account. I have been getting charged 36.98 on my Discover card for 4-5 months now. Not only did I not order these videos I never gave this credit card number to them. I did to their sister company GGW. I filed A complaint through the Better Business Burea against this company as well as one against GGW which they handled but have done nothing against VV Direct. I ordered what was supposed to be the full 10 years of JAG. What I received had been recorded off USA Network's reruns of JAG, commercials were poorly edited out and the last 1 and 1/2 seasons were eliminated. These people are crooks and the phone number to get a return authorization is a big JOKE. I tried the so called website but it seems to be non-existent. I am going to contact my credit card company and see if they can get the money back some how. I purchased the TV at a grand opening of Circuit City on Crosskeys Rd. Sicklerville, NJ. Last weekend, my girlfriend and I decided to try a Chinese restaurant near us called, Tasty Garden. It was busy so we put our names on the list with the host. Heidar Baba restaurant serves Persian cuisine but two things stop me from ever going back One, their service is terrible, slow, and their servers don't smile nor do ask how the meal is going. iHOP Restaurant 3750 S Clack St Abilene, TX 79606 (325) 695-2432 I always order my egg whites cooked. This restaurant seems to not be able to do that on a very consistent basis. The State Health Department requires them to make a posting on their menu to the effect that "undercooked eggs are a potential health hazard". Runny egg whites on my plate are unsightly, unappetizing, potentially unhealthy and just plain disgusting.
