I received a copy of More Magazine. I did not order it. I tried to find a customer service number, but it was not included in the magazine or the web site. The company sent a few more and then a bill demanding payment. I sent them a letter stating I did not order their magazine or want it. They continued to send bills. After almost a year, they started sending magazines AGAIN! Now the magazine I never ordered became a years FREE subscription that I could not cancel, because it is a FREE subscription. I would like to send this complaint. I hope it goes to the right person and not ignored. I was at the Pasadena store late last night to purchase a 65" Misibishi TV and I specifically asked how it can be picked up this morning.Salesman said just show original receipt. I bought the new samsung sgh-f330 hp in red in early march 2008. After using it for about 2 weeks, i started facing problems such as i had difficulty in receiving smses n incoming calls. I had been calling M1 every 3-5 days. M1 asked me to switch my network mode etc. However, it is only when i on-off my hp then all the msgs came flooding in. I was sent to the collections office back in Jan of this year for not paying my bill, the reason I didn't pay was because services were not rendered and didn't recieve any information as they promised. I was scammed. Right after my son's death (he was in an automobile accident) a young lady came to my front door and said she was selling magazines. I was vulnerable so bought Martha Stewart Living for $52.00. Never received it. Unfortunately, I don't have the resources to do anything but this, i.e., go on T.V. I should have known by the appearance of the young lady (named "Taryn" supposedly), i.e., tatoos and piercings. I was trying not to be judgmental. I ordered a Zon Audio 4 room package from Charles Durando aka Sound Research Labs. This package included 4 sets of speakers and a Zon system with capability to provide 4 different rooms with sound. Two College students came to my door selling magazines. They said they were earing points for a college trip. Well my husband having a giving heart, purschased one for a year. We paid $52.00 on November 14, 2007, our check cleared about 2 and a half weeks later. Well today is now April 14, 2008 and we still have not got a call back. This campground had construction going on the complete time that we were there. We were not told when making the reservation. We had to listen to big trucks and noise the complete time that we were there. You couldn't hear the television even when you could get a station or hear yourself talk. Also it didn't do anything for the nose with all the dust or for the head of giving you a headache. I spend the 2 days snizzing my head off and with a headache. We went to Koto for my B-day this past March. It was a large group, so we called ahead to make sure we could all be seated together. They said fine, they had a special room for large groups. I purchased PFD (play for differences) trading software from Tradesmart Technologies 5 weeks ago. In that time I have been able download the software and complete one trade. Rob Anderson has repeatedly missed training sessions and I have yet to complete training. He will not answer e-mails or return calls. I am very annoyed at this company and 'their deceitful and illegal business practices'. I went through their "3 step call confirmations" and did not authorize the final sale, I rejected it and hung up! I did not need thid product, so I hung up. I found out the next day that they completed the transaction without my permission, a charge of $58.90 was on my card!
