The business is called CTP, and I believe it is located in Colorado. They sell a program called Novelty 8, Novelty 8 Pro, and Mural 8. When you purchase their product, they have to give you a key to get the program to print. I have visited this applebees quite a few times and on every occasion the customer service is the same. I went to the Chilis in Silsbee, TX today for my lunch break. I had called in my order to be picked up. I was told on the phone that my order would be ready within 15 minutes. On 03/04/07 after a hectic day of moving our family decided to go out for dinner. We had to wait to be served after others who showed up after us were already served. They ran out of requested items on their menu, and we got yelled at and put down by a manager. My wife and i ate at the chilis restaurant in chandler az on 2/14. Time of arrival was around 5:30 pm. Place was about 75% empty. It took about 10 minutes for our waiter to take our order. The Skyline cable network that provides Cable TV services at HSR layout, Bangalore did not provide Tamil channels during the month of February 2007. On 9-21-06 I was changing the transmission oil in my 2005 Harley Davidson motorcycle. While reinstalling the drain plug, a piece of the aluminum casting fell off. The plug showed no sign of being forced and it was not cross threaded. The plug was being hand threaded; absolutely no pressure was being put on the plug. Like others posted on this site, I was called in August of 2005 and offered a good deal on the renewal of four magazines that I was currently getting. Only one of the four magazines continued to be sent and the other three stopped when my original subscriptions (not through UMS) ended. I placed two calls to them and was given some BS about why there was a delay but that everything was in the system to be taken care of. Of course, nothing ever happened and now UMS has taken everyone's money and run. Don't every purchase discounted magazine subscriptions over the telephone!
