I had bought 32"Phillips matchline 3yrs ago. We bought the product because of the company's good after sales services. But in last 2yrs the television set has already caused too many hassles. The service engineers took the t.v set to their workshop but have not returned it for the past 2 months. They also suggested replacement of the t.v sets' crucial parts whose cost they said comes upto Rs6000 excluding service charges. The television has not been repaired since. An employee of Dominos Pizza in Santa Cruz California told me that my pizza would be at my door in 30-45 minutes. I called one hour after it was ordered and told them that my pizza had not arrived. I then called 30 minutes later, and finally my pizza arrived one hour and thirty minutes later. They told me that there was a new driver. I recently subscribed to Norton Confidential which has just complicated my life. It is idiotic, never bears in mind earlier instructions and just gives me grief. In addition, I have been trying to do a full system scan and it just blocks after scanning 20 files. And this goes on for hours and hours. I received 2 have one on us coupons because my food was under cooked. I used the first coupon at the Sandy Springs pizza hut on Roswell Road without any problem. I am using Norton Antivirus on my home computer. I purchased Norton Antivirus 2006 but when I tried to install it, it would not accept the installation, all tho I did manage to register it. After having so many problems, I returned it to the store (Staples). They sold me a NSW PREMIER 2006, When I questioned the date they said that the 2007 had not arrived and this would work fine. Concerning columbiahouse.com DVD club. I have been a Columbia House member off and on for several years with very few problems. But the last few months I only received one correct order, and it takes many many contacts and weeks to get even a remotely satisfactory response to a problem. I have been using Time Warner Cable's PayExpress service to pay my cable bill online. I thought it was an electronic method of payment, but a recent payment was "lost" by Time Warner employees because they manually enter the payments submitted online. $40 cash back Gas rebate was promised when I agreed to look at the info. When info was received gas rebate card was not enclosed, but I was told that I had to apply for the Gas rebate card online. When I attempted to access the site on line, the result was that there is no such website. The other day I needed to talk to TurboTax support for help taking advantage of a online discount through bank of America. At the start of the call they ask for your name and email address. That took 12 minutes. They could not listen to the letters I was saying, and say it back to me. My email address is short, 8 characters. My complaint has to do with roaches. I visited the restaurant today with my family for lunch I had kids and my whole family there and I wasn't paying attention to the table or the floors, things people usually don't worry about when eating at a restaurant that I thought was clean. I was assured I would not be billed, however, I was immediately billed. There is nothing the credit card company can do for me as it is a ‘pending’ transaction. A woman came to my door with a sob story about raising money by selling magazines. I wrote up a check for a magazine and was given a receipt saying: "THIS SUBSCRIPTION PROCESSED THROUGH PAM Corp." I was scheduled for equipment installation on feb 14, 2007. Installation was to be between 8 am and 12 pm. I received an automated call on feb 12 verifying the appointment. At about 12:30 pm on the 14th i called direct tv to ask why the installer had not shown. After several conversations with different people, i was told by "angelica" that the work order had been misrouted and could not be completed today. It is very sad that so called number 1 FM radio station FM91.1 Radio city is cheating its listeners so cheaply. Oflate there is program called bid and win where customers are asked to bid for mobiles phone, PDAs etc and many times during the broadcast, they dont specify the charges applicable for SMS send from the listener. I emailed them on 2/6 to let them know that I still had not received the book. They responded a day later telling me that it takes 13-14 days even though it their site clearly states otherwise.
