On March 19th I have entered a panda-ib site in an attempt to download antivirus software. Prices quoted were outside my range and I have terminated the procedure without downloading the software. I have a complaint about Chapel Sales, Inc. They are headquarted in Mt Laurel, New Jersey... They came to my door, two young black women, who seemed well educated and took me for about #200.00. I bought magazines for myself and grandchildren. This was in March of 2007 and I have not been able to reach them by telephone. They do not take messages or answer mail. This rip off is a typical bait and switch. You are quoted a price for a service, as you continue on through the signing up process and come out the other end. I went through the hassle of doing all the registration (which took longer than the website said it would) and they wanted too much personal information! After registering when I tried to enter the code printed on the cup I kept getting an "whoops" message telling me to enter it exactly like it was printed. We wish to ask CBS Broadcasting what purpose it serves to have "background music" on all their programs. Half the time they are louder than the conversation we are trying to listen to. We realize background music has been around for a long time... but this new background "noise" behind the background music is very distracting from the programs and frustrating to the listener. We own a locally owned business in Hamlet, NC and eat from the local Burger King on a regular basis.
