Hi, I have sent a parcel to Hyderabad, India posted on 29th of March, 2010. The parcel reached India Customs (Mumbai) on 2nd of April, 2010. Since then, it has been held up by the Mumbai Customs Authorities. Further, officially they have to notify the addressee in India regarding the parcel, which they did not till date. Katie was operating a kitten mill and was shut down following her boyfriend's arrest for child pornography. She is evil and vindictive. She became angry after selling me a kitten that died. Hi I bought a show cat from this cattery. At the time of purchase they did not disclose to me that the cat was ill, even when we checked his records it showed that one of the kittens in the litter was. After a month of insisting he was (they said it was just allergies) they admitted he was sick. I ordered medication for my two dogs. Somehow Petcare Rx switched the orders which caused my vet to deny the order. Instead of contacting me about the issue, Petcare Rx did nothing. They sat on my order while they had my $100.00 in their hands. My apartment (a tiny 1 bedroom- that I share w/ my 7 year old) is located directly next to the incinerator which is shared by all residents that live on this floor. My precious shi-tzu is suffering from this horrible product sentry pro XFC. She was foaming at the mouth, vomiting and crying all night. Pet Land of Orlando in Semoran is one of the worst pet shops. I decided to get a pug for my me and my niece since I have one in Puerto Rico and I love PUGS. I saw him at 9:00 pm at night and fell in love with him. I even named him Nicolas. Unfortunately my niece did not feel the same way. This company is in violation of the privacy laws / spam laws. Is there no way to prosecute? Where are the people who enforce these laws? I am happy to see people posting complaints about College Kitty Cattery Cindi Schroeder. We paid alot of money for a kitten with a runny eye and snotty nose. The kitten had a sneezing fit the minute we got in the car! Katie Grashel recently sold kittens to 2 breeders in Italy that will not be getting them. She had her cats and kittens taken away a few weeks ago from the humane society, called by the police. My female dog was taken in to be spayed at the low cost clinic. She was dropped off around 8 am and we were to return around 5 pm to pick her up. When arriving at pickup time we were told the vet needed to speak to us. They told us she was the last patient of the day and during the procedure they accidentally lacerated her spleen but after a while they were able to stop the bleeding and stitch it up. I received a puppy from this company 2/17/2010. My vet examined it and found that the puppy had undergone surgery because it had breathing problems and also had possible neurological problems as well. I tried to ship the dog back but due to inclement weather, the airline would not accept the dog for 2 weeks. I bought 2 electric bikes (a substantial purchase) at Toysrus and the handbrakes never worked correctly. A simple adjustment was needed. Unfortunately I waited 8 days too long to bring this to their attention. I spoke to the manager, I think his name is Mike, at the Watchung, NJ store asking him if they would adjust the brakes (The bike assembler could probably do it in a couple of minutes).
