Found out that there are numerous online complaints and that in most cases items are NOT authentic. Just google dolcefugo fake merchandise or counterfeit. I placed an order on 2/23 and received an immediate confirmation via email. On 3/23 when it hadn't arrived, I sent an email. There is no phone number on their site. The state on their site that they will respond to all emails within 24 hours. Didn't get a reply to that email, nor the next 4 I sent. I am not one to go online and post negative reviews but I feel the need to protect the public from this shoddy con artist. Long story short, he did a large implant case on me that only failed costing me over $20K but destroyed much of the bone I had left causing a delay of over one year and an additional cost of over $5K just to get back to where I was when I started with him.
