Had given several clothes for drycleaning in the last week of Dec 2010. Guardini has not returned one saree for the past 7 weeks with no update on whether its with them or lost. The shop in DLF Galleria promptly passes the buck to the Manager Mr Mehra at their workshop in Guardini. He passes the buck to the shop stating some sarees are there without tags and need to be checked. On reaching the shop, you are told that there are no such sarees without tags and Mr Mehra has not spoken to them on this missing saree at all. I ordered a necklace for my wife for Valentine. The ad was very clear, "order before February 4 and we guarantee delivery for Valentine". I ordered online on January 30, paid the full amount with CC. On February 10, I got an e-mail stating "good news, your item has shipped. Expect delivery in 7 to 10 days". What's good about that? Valentine is on the 14th. Dr. Joel rifkind DDS made my life miserable!! They not only put me through much pain on a basic teeth cleaning but left my mouth a mess! Our recent stay at RIU Resorts was a dissapointment. The room requested was not given to us. The room smelled terrible and all our luggage and clothing now has that smell. For three nites we tried to get an extra pillow. It was never brought to our room. Requests to front desk and maids both. Also the food was absolutely disgusting. We could only eat french fries and many people in the hotel were voiceing similar complaints. We would not stay at another RIU Resort. I was a customer of Blue Cross/Blue Shield for about 10 years, and NEVER had an issue with ANYTHING regarding my medical insurance or a doctor accepting my medical insurance.
