firstly im really disappointed with this company, when i was ordering the item at january 31 2011 and they sent my items at february 15 2011 to long time im waiting about it. and when i was opened my package there is an half my ordered expired date last year ( Nov 2010 ), andthen i tried to email them for refund my money and call them, until now still not responding from them..!!!
never buy it again...!!!

I bought the Loreal Paris couleur experte thinking since it was the more expensive product, that it would achieve the color better than others. I am horrified by the results! I bought this light orange color, expecting SOME shade of orange to be my result. WRONG! my result, after 25 minutes, was a DARK brown shade. There was of course, some high pressure sales going on but in the middle of it all, I noticed on the box on the list of ingredients that their products contained Methylparaben. Was told that I would recieve 2000 Dollars worth of grocery coupens for a Shipping charge of 19.95. Recieved the coupens which were of items that we don't even use. Called back Company to tell them that I'm not satisfied w/ their product and I would want a refund which they stated that would'nt be a problem. Pasadena LA Fitness Manager, Bonaventure, is sorely lacking in professionalism, customer service skills and basic competence. I have observed him on several occasions making aggressive sexual remarks and unwelcome physical advances towards female members. Many members--male and female--have commented that he creates an "uncomfortable and hostile gym experience" and demonstrates an appalling lack of maturity and respect for patrons. Arrived at office for a scheduled appointment, after I was taken into back they skipped a bunch of clients (appx 20) ahead of me. They misdiagnosed my condition for the sole purpose of overcharging. Held a confidential counseling session with another client at same time. Staff was the most unprofessional I have ever encountered and I would recommend that anyone planning to visit a planned parenthood office to not go to the wilmington DE office. read full review »

Do not in ANY circumstances buy UGG boots from this company. I ordered a pair of black classic UGG boots in January and when they arrived they were clearly fake and not made of sheepskin. I have only worn the boots twice and both times the fur inside shed constantly and left a trail of black fur behind me. The fur inside is also coming away from the actual boot. I can tell the boots are not sheepskin because they make my feet sweat which does not happen with genuine sheepskin. I received their product and did not cancel in time so they charged me for the product (about $95). When I called they said I could cancel this product which I did on 12/28/10). They gave me the information to return the product for a refund, I did so on 1/4/11 and got a confirmation of delivery. The product was received on 1/12/11 at 5:46 pm. I waited for a couple weeks and called and they said they would have to check it out. On 12 Jan 2011 I ordered a jacket from this website. It shipped the next day. I'm an active duty military member that is stationed over seas. The package was sent via USPS and was not tracked by this company. They said they do not track packages to FPO/APO addresses, which is where it was sent. I purchased a pair of Fendi sunglasses for my wife that are adorned with the Fendi logo in Swarovski crystals.
The crystals have ‘dulled’ to a point where they appear quite unattractive. Approaches to Swarovski and the original retailer (i.e: David Jones) for assistance have been rejected.
I expect more from a famous international brand such as Fendi!

The agreement in the fine print indicated this would be a monthly billing that would continue, but that i could "cancel any time." Hah!

This is a for-profit organization that relies on donations from the community in which it is located. However, Valu Village has restrictive return policies. I was in the Fairbanks store on Feb 12, 2011. The store was packed and the dressing rooms unavailable. My experience with Valu Village in the past has been the dressing rooms are filthy. I would not let my college bound daughter try on jeans there in mid December. I purchased several items to try on at home - shorts, tees etc for my upcoming vacation.
