I bought the product about 3 months ago when there was a promotional offer if you spent so much you got a gift package worth over $100. I had used the Ceramide capsules before & loved them so of course I spent over $80 & bought the 28 ml / 60 capsule jar. I signed up for the FREE TRIAL of Hydroxatone. When I received my sample it stated that I was going to be enrolled in a monthly program unless I cancelled within 30 days. While making a purchase on Thursday 13 Jan 2010 at 6:30p I noted that the employee cooking and preparing the french fries did not have on gloves. So I asked the Manager (who was taking my order) - shouldn't he be wearing gloves. He said no - it was not required. I told him I thought it was a NY-State requirement and he responded, no - it is not required.
