It is now 2 weeks that I'm struggling to get my chronic medicine and the excuses are just getting more. I have heard now everything from fax not received, Fax received 3 times but not processed, we are busy with it, It is in process, must have been delivered already will look into it ext ... After 3 years with Spectramed, I terminated my membership on 311209. I have subsequently received 2 demand letters from docs who've not been paid for visits during Dec while my membership was still active. 3 months later, numerous calls later, no less than 4 ref nos. for calls where I was promised action (1 being a Team Leader) & I'm still waiting for payment of my claims. I have a Tag watch which is still under warranty. I took it into Jared to send onto Tag as the battery needed replacing. They took a copy of the warrenty card to send off with the watch. I had a sickening experience at a fast food restaurant at a local mall where I go to shop. Arthur Treachers. At this mall a few days ago, I was surprised to find out they had closed. And for what? Using stale oil that they had been using for a good while. After eating thier food one day, I became VERY SICK I tryed to contact the companies home office but I never got through. Cohen's Optical in Hato Rey P.R. promised on 08/20/2010 that I would receive my contact lens in DE, USA, in 2 weeks from that date. It is 1/12/2011. I've called 6 times. Only when I had entered my bank details did it then flash up some wording about how they could be given direct access to your account to withdraw monies as and when they please. It never kept time properly and after sending the watch back four times I told them I wanted a refund, since they were unable to deliver a functioning watch. I’ve a bad experience to share about Sean's Concept at Far East Plaza. I went to the salon yesterday (24th Jan) as I’ve made an appointment for a Fringe cut. These guys will take your order, but you'll never hear from them or see your order. I tried calling, e-mailing 5 different addresses, and disputing the charge. I think these guys closed up shop but kept their site active. They never even responded to PayPal during the dispute process, so I thankfully got the charges reversed. I foolishly took up an offer to try Resmedin Resveratrol caps for the price of postage only, the order was placed on 1/5/11 . I ordered a gym system from "Total Gym" around Dec 2, 2010 for my wife xmas. The gym never got to me, since then I have called over 20 times and left messages over 20 times sent 2 emails and as of today NO one has called me to tell me where my gym is. These guys have little to no respect for there employees. They violate hours of service just about every week. They run their dispatch like bullies, If you disagree your told to hit the highway.I have worked 17 hours then a hour and a half round trip, plus shower, eat, read mail and the 3 to 4 hours sleep and right back out again. This is very common with Infinity. They look at safety as only to please the Gas companies they work for, but driver safety is of little concern. I bought a pair of POlaroid Sunglasses from sportsmans warehouse 3 weeks ago. Upon closer inspection on 19 March, I noticed 2 bubbles forming n the side of the frame, I thought they may be dirt so I scratched them to see if the were dirt and the paint peeled off.
