For years I have ordered rx's several days in advance and was given a time/date to pick them up. Due to poor service I would always do the follow up call to see if they were really ready and as always told yes they are filled come in. When I get to the counter they are never really ready and you get the please come back in 30 mins. My son was recently fired from a super america . He was constantly targeted by the regional manager. So now he's fired and the regional manager is accusing him of all type of thief. I submitted a claim from my dermatologist for an in hospital procedure for my daughter. This procedure was done in May but I only received the bill from the doc in August. I assumed that te doc was dealing with Oxygen direct so never queried why I had not received one.
