As a dental assistant who has been paying my member dues, I think I deserve better customer services than what I have received when I called them with questions about their online services! I had been using Wrecking Balm for over a year now and have seen minimal fading results. My friends look at my tattoo and make jokes about how Wrecking balm scammed me. It is a painful process that takes time works on a persons hope and for me yeilded pathetic results. I am very unhappy with this company. I should have known it was a scam because when I first bought the cream the sales person took my credit card number and passed it on to companies that were billing me for services that I did not want or need. I work for a physician's office and we regularly receive UPS shipments. Today when the delivery man came to the office I was on the phone with the hospital. He stood beside me for a couple of minutes waiting for my signature. All of a sudden he turned and stormed out of the office without my signature. He has to understand that just because he walks in I cannot stop what I am doing; he may have to wait for my signature. I have my work to do just like he does. Dental office billing old insurance, current insurance and trying to collect the same from their patients. I wouldn't give them any cash so they terminated services from my grandson with a mouth full of braces they put in. Raleigh Orthopaedic is knowingly sending out incorrect bills to patients. They have advised me that when they switched over to electronic billing with BC/BS, the system does not correctly register the payments, and they are billing patients for money that RO has already received from the insurance provider. They are aware of this computer glitch, but have made the decision to send out the bills anyway, even though they know they are wrong. beware of this awful counseling center full of only abusive people working there. The people working here aer blatant psychopaths, abusive to clients, toss people around from one counselor to the next and slander patients to each other. They are unprofessional abusive unethical. I have several Specialist that I see under MVP HMOHealth Plan. MyFamily Doctor has written me the proper refferals to see each Specialist. Max Bupa has started its health insurance policies with lots of FALSE advertising. Their claim of covering everybody whatever their existing illness is false. They charged Rs. 19, 100 as premium before they could even issue policy for my mother. The dentist refused to see me or even talk to me yet their posted policy says 15 minutes or later for appointment could result in re-scheduling.
