This product does not work. You can wait over 90 seconds or 3 hours and still nothing!!! If anything, my eyes were all dry and flaky. I couldn't use it with my make up. It is useless!!! I purchased the Dental Bright for $4.49 and $3.87 with a foreign transaction of $1.00. Then I find out as I checked my balance on my payday 5/28/10, that 2 UNAUTHORIZED charges were on my account as pending. I too have been treated rudely and have felt threatened by the emails that have come my way. No company with this lack of customer service should be in business. The BBB of Illinois has many complaints against this company and if they're not sending the merchandise that's ordered or issuing refunds, how are they still in business? I bought a Tag Heuer Grand Carrera Calibre 6RS in July of 2009. In April of 2010 it started to lose time and finally stop. I brought the watch to Tourneau who sent it to Tag.
