These people paint a rosy picture of high quality jewelry shelf pulls from major departments stores in the USA. When the jewelry arrived it was not worth more than dollar store items. I purchased a Chillow and within three months it began smelling like mildew. I was told by the company to wash it with vinegar and water and then with dish detergent. Also, to fill it with a combination of clorox and water. It continues to smell. They will not replace the product even after telling me that they receive a lot of complaints regarding this issue. I had Mirena "installed" on 7/20/09, since then I have experienced non-stop bleeding...I believe there was a 3 day period where I did not bleed.
