april 2009 i ordered a sample of this product off yahoo--$2.99. I had a condition known as Rhinophima (sp) in otherwords a bulbus nose. Dr. Burres took too much skin off leaving me with almost no nose. I complained and he tried on 3 occasions to fix the problem. Todate I now have trouble breathing as there is no cartiledge left to hold my nostrils up, they collapse. I now have nose hair growning on top of my nose and the nostils are very uneven. I was hurt and had to take off work for almost 2 years off and on and cigna insurance has not paid me a dime while I was off. I purchased a Hot tub from Cal Spas of Minnesota on 10-4-04 and it got delivered on 10-16-04. After I had received the tub it always had water in the back left corner. I called Cal Spas of Minnesota and they sent out a tech to tell me that it was moisture coming from the cover. I just accepted that fact for years, and after about 3 year it started really leaking. Went to aspen dental to have teeth check out. I knew that they were pretty bad.
