I feel that this site purposely failed to label a jacket 'boys' to lead people to believe that the jacket was a men's. I took a job aboard a cruise ship. Once onboard you are at the mercy of the comapany. They do not adhere to working hours. The adverting says "5 Shades Lighter in 5 Days". The product actually does NOTHING WHATSOEVER. Nothing!!! This company stole from us. We called and canceled the product, and then, we got another shipment and an 80 dollar charge. When we called to try to ship it back, we were told that we would be charged 200 dollars if we disputed the charge on our card. The service was rude and threatening. I am tired of going through aldi's adds and making a list of the things i want cause most of the time you go to get them at any of these locations you will not get what you are going for .. My father had been hospitalized for over a month, and then was sent to Central GA Rehabilitation Clinic for rehabilitation, especially for his legs. After THREE days, two of which were spent working on his arms, he was released with a form stating that he was able to function normally in a regular residential setting. For the past two days, my father has fallen numerous times, scraped his face, knees, and arms, and been unable to make it to the bathroom three times. Here it is! I bought 4 tickets for the Manitoba Moose vs Hershey Bears game, which would of been on the June 14 2009. But the Manitoba Moose lost game 6 and therefor game 7 was canceled. These people are frauds. What stareted out as a weight loss market research study that asked me to pay shipping for a free trial has now resulted in no less than 30 calls to try to fuind this company to return the product and make sure I do not get hit with their ridiculous autoship fees for a product I do not want. My worldnet had an advertisement for working at home. I was told that I would receive a disc and that all would be explained, It has been three weeks and all I have had is phone calls. They told me that all I needed to do right then was to pay for shipping $1.97. Now when I asked where they were, I was told that they were in California and they were only to be phoned at three in the afternoon because thats when they opened. I went to try two tops on. The person that mans the dressing room told me to put them on the rack so she could count them. Then she gave me a number. On top of that when I went to get out I was strapped in. I couldn't go under the strap because I would have hurt my back and I couldn't physically go over it. WOW! What a scam. The product sucks, and then when calling to cancel, you can't hear them because it is so loud, then, what you do hear, you can't understand. They refuse to let you cancel, even when told "DO NOT SEND ME ANYMORE PRODUCT" and "DO NOT CHARGE ME FOR ADDITIONAL PRODUCT!" I sure wish that the government could close them down. There is NO Free trial from this Outsourced customer service company. Read the terms and conditions. I found I could not get away from them without paying an additional $25.00 for the free trial. Once you accept the free trial you are enrolled in an automatic plan at an outrageous price. I tried to stop the order - that was not possible.
