Hired to do telemarketing for this company. He does mlm and his cleaning business. Wanted us to do work for his mlm business, did not do well as most mlm's do not. Ordered 2 bras online from their location overseas. Paid for the extra shipping costs, and waited 2 weeks. They gave me the complete run around, telling me the package should have arrived but that they don't have tracking on overseas packages...huh? You ship items all over the world, but have no way of tracking them!?! I have done mysteryshopping for almost four years, and had many complaints about this company such as removing shops without you knowing AFTER you complete them and then not gettign paid for them. What I find so amazing is that the schedulers that assist you with the shops act as if they are getting cheated their pay if you get a premium commission. Often the schedulers can be rude. Hi, I have been to this store a couple times and it looks dirty all the times. The last time I was there on July 2nd, 2009, I saw mice over there in the store. You have to return the unused product within 14 days to avoid a charge on your card. They say they will reverse the charge if it is within the first 30 days. I was overcharged for work done and only my bridge was put through my Delta Dental insurance and they overcharged me for that because theyd did not put it through my insurance and also charged me the full price for a temporary crown (which is still in my mouth 10 months later) and never put any of the work through Delta Dental which they told me they would. I purchased a red wool coat from Benneton one year ago. The quality of the wool is so bad that it appears to be at least 6-10 years old even though I have not worn it much and have taken care of it. Dry cleaning does not help. It has picks all over it particularly on the collar, cuffs, and front opening.
