I paid $5.95 for the shipping of a free sample of Acai Ultra Burn product then they shipped me more product that I did not want. There was nothing when I ordered the free sample about having to cancel in 14 days and there was nothing as far as pricing for addtional product if wanted. This company told me to send back 1 bottle of the resolution product they sent me, I did so, and today I found out they took money out of my checking/debit account anyways. They are on Pacific time so I will call them in the morning, if I do not get the desired result I will be on here again tomorrow. They offered a free trial product that but you pay $6.99 for the shipping. There is a window that counts the time you have to "get the free trial." The product comes in an unsealed syringe. I purchased vitamins on 5/12/09 and received a confirmation. On 5/13/09, I reviewed my checking account. The charges from this company for the vitamins was there, but there were 3 additional charges. I, immediately, called this company, and no one answers, just a recorded message. I have called a couple of times since and get the same response. Also, I sent an email. After breaking my foot I was forced to take a leave of absence from my position at Abercrombie and Fitch as a floor manager. I went to Krogers to get another box of Quaker Oats packets (walnuts & date style). The space was occupied by Quaker Oats "active lifestyle"-three new varieties. Since becoming a member IAB health benefits and Team Health I feel that they have committed a fraud and misrepresentation of their services they promised to provide. Since paying their fee of $455.95 monthly, i have had to pay doctor, lab and treament bills of over $3500.00. I sent my Seiko watch to an online company called "Yellowstone Watch" repair in December of 2006. My watch was sent in for a simple capacitor (sp?) replacement, or so I was told. I am complaining about the new so-called "patriotic" cans that Pepsi is producing. Dont ever sign up for auto-matic refills for your mail order drugs and never leave your credit card on file or it will cost you in the long run. Make the call every three months to make sure your Doctor still wants you to take the medication. Company (Hutshop) advertises that an item is in stock on 5/9. Company charges customer credit card before shipping product and charge shows on customers card on 5/10. Company shows order in processing for two day and then at the end of second day cancels the order and send email to customer that item no longer available and that the customers card will reflect a credit in 3 0r 4 days. I requested a changed in my order after finding the mistake in regards to the amount of mg. and emailed customer sercvice immediately since there is no contact number to call and asked an estimate on how long the delivery was going to be. after two emails, my request for change was never made and delivery to the post office was finally made on 5/10/09. Don't sign any contract at the Omni club gym. The sales people will tell you anything to get you to sign. Read everything before you sign the contract and don't believe anything they say.
