I worked at Target for quite a while. They put on a front that you are working in a happy atmosphere, but it's all a game. The management is the worst iv'e seen by far. We purchased a Kenmore electric range model 790 one year ago. The glass top cracked and Sears said sorry, not covered. This seems to be a recurring problem with Kenmore. We also purchased a Kenmore washer and dryer which absolutely was a piece of junk. We had it replaced four times within two weeks, this was top of the line model. All four did not work. In addition for billing me for a product that I have cancelled well within the 14 day period, I was billed twiced on 1/20 for $89.74 each time for merchandise that I am not receiving nor care to. I never authorized the company to bill me for the $85.91 charge and I thought I was going to receive a product that I could try before I purchased anything else.
