I received a call about a free 14 day trial and was to be charged a one time fee of $4.99. I agreed to the trial only. A $1.00 dollar extra for something else unknowingly and then charged another unauthorized 74.45 on debt card, called in to dispute the charge she said that I had agreed to this. I authorized shipping payment $4.99, from my checking account for free sample bottle of natures acai. I received the bottle, but then was charged an additional $79.96, which overdrafted my account. I called my bank and they issued me a new debit card, closing out the old one. The bank investigated the claim and came to the conclusion that I had authorized the transaction and ended the claim. Dr. Alejandro Mora performed the teeoth whitening procedure known as Zoom on my teeth. The prepearation for this treatment is totally inadequate and the inner portion of my upper and lower lips were burned by the light from the process. It took 17 days for the blisters to heal. When I complained Dr. Mora told me that I had a reaction to the protective coating they applied. Not true. The protective coating was not applied to these areas and the treatment was not properly done. Beware! (The emergency room is beyond bad. It really needs to be shut down, after waiting for several hours with my very sick daughter we decided to leave and go to another hospital. This company does not give any confirmation when you are ordering a product. You can sign up for a "Free Trial" where you pay "Only shipping and handling".
