At PTL the drivers are treated like they are a bother or an enemy. Their staff is rude and disrespectful.They don´t want to hear anything from the drivers. They will assign you to one short crappy load after another. And the expect the drivers to just EAT IT! Basically I ordered a product which said that you paid only for shipping, then you call to cancel any further orders. I have called dozens of times within the specified time limit and the customer serfvice person says that they can't hear me and hang up. En Vogue Salon used to be so nice. Now the owner is using cheap materials in mixing colour products, so the colours are coming out too bright, faded. The towels for pedicures and manicures are dirty and dingy. The worst part is that the owner's girlfriend is a stuck-up French woman who thinks she is important and she is very rude to customers! Don't be the next victim! I must warn you about purchasing glycolic acid products from this company. I have seen a lot of negative postings recently of a similar nature. Read the customer blog and ordered a bottle of the Acai Berry and one bottl of Bromolite from 2 different sites for FREE (supposidely) - just pay shipping and handling. I was online looking for coupons and got on one of those sites where they have tons of advertisements that you have to select no on. I did check the Green Tea FIT because it said free trial.
