I too fell prey to their scam but I immediately called my bank after being on the phone with them and canceled my card. I did receive an email confirming my cancellation and said I would see a refund within 3-5 business days...let's see. I called them and said I was the US States Attorney and demanded to speak to a high authority then a customer service agent. Naturally I was disconnected. My husband purchased my wedding ring from Zales in 2004 he also purchsed the lifetime diamond warranty.The warranty states that the ring/rings are to be inspected every 6 months, in which we bring them to be inspected and the sheet to be signed. A team of residents and students perform the surgery. She will invite a gang of students to perform practice pelvic, breast, and rectal exams, and if you ask that she not do any of this she will lie and do it anyway. She asks patients to strip in front of students and residents offering them no gown or privacy. She tries to pressure patients into procedures they do not need and can cause them harm. I received and paid in full for upper dentures in 11/08 at a cost of $1, 400.00. The dentist was Dr. Sarah Pless. I've worn them for a total of 5 hours. I've returned to have them adjusted 3-4 times. I've since called, during business hours, at least 4 times and left messages with Dr. Pless that these dentures will never fit (they feel like I'm having roofing nails hammered into my upper jaw.), and some sort of compromise must be reached. Dr Vadecha treated my child in two visits, one to place the braces on thn the next was for a follow up. On the follow up visit he stated he thougt my son needed to have four teeth extracted, after the visit before he said he could treat him without extractions. I ordered a free trial of Acai Berry which said I would have a 30 day trial and that i could return the item if i did not want it. First of all, it took 14 days before i received the package. I received a 6.7 fl. oz. tube of ckin2u skin moisturizer for Christmas and find that it smells like no other ckin2u skin moisturizer that I have used in the past. All others have had the most beautiful scent! This particular tube has a very strong turpentine (the only thing that comes to mind when I put it on) smell! Do not order any dresses from this store unless you can try them on in YOUR size to see if you like how they look!!! I went to this Bridal shop to order a bridesmaid dress. They carry dresses in only very limited and mostly small sizes in the shop for purposes of trying them on. We found a dress we liked, but my bridesmaid could not try it or any similar dress on because she is not a size 6. We ordered the dress in the desired color and paid for the dress in full. If you are thinking of getting a personal trainer be careful if you select Professional Fitness Trainers. They will have you sign a contract. Once the contract expires, if you don't cancel the contract their way you'll be automatically renewed. My contract with Professional Fitness Trainers expired in December of 2008. Forzieri stole $550 from me. I ordered a bag for that price, returned it within 10 days and they never refunded my money. They told me that they didn't receive the bag. Unfortunately, I cannot claim insurance on the bag with the post office, because Forzieri advised me to declare the bag at 10 Euros only to avoid duty and customs when it enters Italy.
