Dr. Khan did a tummy tuck, liposuction to my back, and put in breast implants in June 2008. Approximately 4 weeks after surgery, the right implant came out from under the muscle and started floating around my chest. I admit it, I fell for the FREE Trial. What a nightmare. I then found on my credit card bill charges for $78.81 for Acia, $74.15 from Bromalite, $83.80 and $29.95 from fit-fac.com. About a month ago, I saw an add online that gave me false advice about a colon cleaning product named Colopure and Acaipure. I ordered what was said to be a 1 dollar bottle with 4.95 shipping for each product. I am a professional w family insured by an Aetna PPO. I have a particularly agregious example of what has become the norm in the insurance industry and that is claim denial by default. Recently Aetna denied coverage of my 6 year old daughter's annual well-care visit. The reason? Apparently we had only allowed 359 days between appointments and they look for "12 consecutive months" to have elapsed. I took advantage of an add on MSNBC, CBS or ABC to get a trial sample of Acai berry dietary product for $4.95. Less than two weeks ago, I purchased a pair of Itasca Mens Mountaineer Waterproof Boots - Stock# 809207. The problems are amazing: The first day, the laces became untied and when I went to tie them I found that the lace fabric was totally frayed and unusable.
