I did order the product and never received it. I ordered it on 1159 and on 1209 the took the $5.95 out of my credit card account. I have called them numerous of times got disconnected 3 times and on 2 occations I could not understand the person I was talking to and she could not understand me. This company needs to be CLOSED. You sign up for a free 14 day trial which would be fine; however they do not send it for 5 or 6 days after you order and pay the shipping and handling and they you do not receive it for another 6 days. That will give you only 2 or 3 days to try the product and they go ahead and charge your credit card for $79.95 without any further product. I just recieved my orders and I decided to cancel after I read more online about them. They said to send back the unused portion. What do they do with it? Sell it again??? This complaint is regarding Ron Johnson, owner of Makeitorbreakit.com, who operates his business from his home in Las Vegas (or was at the time of my observations) and pays his employees under-the-table. This is a really insidious company that lures you to a $4.95 trial of a product they boast is promoted by Oprah. You can cancel if you are in any way dissatisfied by phone, email or live chat. I have been to the Kleiman Evangelista Laser Center a couple of months ago and it was terrible. Dr. Anthony Evangelista failed to recognize that I had an infection after surgery, even after I called his attention to the area several times. Dr Michael Mazaheri fails to give an accurate detailing of potenial complications. He in no way obtains a truely informed consent for surgical procedures. He shys away from problems when they occcur I suspect because he can't face his own short comings as a surgeon. Office staff at Mazaheri Laser Center is wellmeaning but do not follow privacy guidelines. They give medical advice without speaking to MD. Dr Harvey Carter has bad people skills and is completely unprofessional. He talked outside of the exam room I was waiting in for half an hour about nothing, and I had to wait 1.5 hours for him to come in. He then got a call on his cell and actually answered it and talked for 15 minutes in front of me. It was despicable. He called with test results and blabbed for 10 minutes, making me think I had something terrible, when it was nothing. Now I'm trying to get an emergency apt and it's impossible. I went to All Care Dental originally to have a crack fixed on my upper denture, the repair lasted 2 days. I later went back to get a new upper denture, this being my fourth one in just over 25 years.
