New Jeans are falling apart, dut to poor quality fabric. I putchased 2 pair of Lee Mens Jeans made in Mexico coded with the # TZS-K489-031 and 08362439943 both pair in the $40 price range and they are tearing out belt loops, and holes apearing in middle of fabric after normal washing, and they are less than 1 month old. I recently noticed an unauthorized charge on my credit card bill. I had placed an order that was "free" with the exception of shipping and handling. I received a call to verify the shipping of my free sample of Ultra Lean Green Instant Green Tea Mix. They began to pitch renewal/products and I clearly and emphatically stated that I wanted the free sample only and verified that I would only be charge the shipping and handling, which was 4.95 and billed on my last months American Express bill. My Sister and I saw Von's full page ad in the Union Tribune on Friday, Sept. 26th. Vons advertised products for our Jewish New Year on sale in their stores. Included were kosher turkeys, blintzes, yortzeit candles, noodles, challah, etc. We drove to 3 different Vons Markets on Sat., 9/27, in search of these foods. My case is just like one I read on your website. I ordered a FREE Trial of PomClear, and paid a shipping charge of $1.95. My on-line receipt only indicated this. BUT a package arrived with 2 extra products, and a total charge of $41.85. (The two products were Hoodiburst Gum, and HoodiaWater 1 unit. On 1 August 2008 (on or about) I was approached by Warrior Custom Golf to procure a golf club from them. When asked, I gave them information (private). Unknown to me, on 1 August they billed me through Chase Bank for $23.50. As the sales person, when asked, avoided most answers. Be very careful when ordering anything through this online store. They advertise womens clothes that they do not actually have though they say that the item is in stock, then try to substitute items to satisfy an order. They charge your credit card before processing the order. They are slow to credit you if you do not accept the substitute. Their customer service department falsely tells you that discounts will apply to the order but that they will have to apply them manually after you accept the full price on the transaction- then charge your card full price.
