Hello, I am wanting, to get my money back of $74.95 that was charged to my account on 8/11/08, I sent back the product never have I ever had any problems with any other company with a trial period and then a charge to be reimbursed once the product is returned. I just spoke to a man that told me you will not reimburse me on that product nor will you send me the product back when it comes in since I did pay for it and you will not reimburse me. Team Beach Body keeps charging your account. Even after contesting their charges and contacting them repeatedly, their charges keep showing up on my credit card. Ironically, I specifically declined all other products and services when ordering their DVD. The DVD was fine - but they keep trying to place charges on your account for things you have not ordered. No DVD, even if the best ever, is not worth all this hassle. Absolutely avoid doing business with them! I plan to stay clear of them forever. I received a computer generated call/recorded message from them. It said one of my prescriptions could not be filled, and rattled off the number before I knew I needed to write it down. Then it said, "We will send you a letter." WHAT? Why can't I talk to a person to figure out exactly which Rx you are rejecting and why? I can't wait 10 business days to get the letter from you. I need my meds. Trying to call through on their 800# is useless. ordered a free trial bottle of Extreme AcaiBerry to try then received another bottle 2 weeks later without ordering it. When I called the company I was told that I am being charged for the bottles because I didn't cancel within 2 weeks if I didn't want to continue receiving it. I was told that I could not send the unused bottle back, the only thing they could do was to cancel my order but I was still responsible for the charge. I responded to an advert by this company that they were giving out a product for weight management free of charge. Those interested were supposed to pay only shipping charges of only $4.95. Was not very happy with my shopping experience of ZipVit at all. Placed an order and it never turned up and when I contacted them they tried to tell me that they didnt have my order. Very unprofessional for an online retailer. Seemed extremely unorganized. Eventually got my order over a month later and needless to say, I wont be ordering again. Just wanted to share my unpleasant experience with Aldo this weekend. I went to the Easton location in Columbus, Ohio to find some shoes. The shoes I wanted they did not have in my size so they called Tuttle for me to put them on hold. I was told I had to pick them up that night because they dont like to hold on the weekend. My Dad bought me a Schwinn bicycle in 1964. The bike is still in out family and my father's great grandson is now riding the bike. This bike has never broken a spoke or needed any repairs and it cost about $20. I bought a Schwinn at Target in 2005 for $200. I paid to have the MicroDot technique applied to my hair after several consultations with the owners. I told them I had concerns about the mesh system being placed on my hair, as they were requiring constant oiling of my scalp and such. I am like everyone else, I ordered a sample and was later billed 89.95 . I thought I would like to try it, but decided I did not want it. I spent all morning trying to contact the company, but no one would answer the phone. So how do you complany if the company makes it impossile to get ahold of them? This website will automatically enroll you in a reorder program that will bill you for the product and will not refund anything. If you don’t want to be scammed out of money then steer clear from this site. They stated I selected to be in the program but when I asked to produce my order indicating so they could not. They also didn’t respond to any emails with actual names of who replied. I have sent this product back and will never use this business again. I bought two bras at this store for my daughter and they did not fit right so a few days later with the tags still on and in the bag I brought the items along with my receipt and attempted to return them and have the items credited to my account. My Mom was a resident of a nursing home located in Jefferson Parish for advanced Alzheimer's Disease. She required the use of oxygen & suction to prevent respiratory distress, & used a feeding tube. If you buy anything at Best Buy do not apply for their credit cards. I made this mistake TWICE (yes I am an idiot). Best Buy wont do anything for you if you need customer service concerning their credit cards. They refer you to the actual cardholder: HSBC Bank. Please stay away from this company. In 2006 after multiple claims being denied, I personally sent multiple claims for my Dad by mail and fax. Each time I was told they did not receive them. I took the manager and showed her the price shown, she, removed the price tag and said that it was incorrect. I did not purchase the article at the increased price at the register. I hate that I ever signed up for a membership with this gym. Not only is the staff rude, they are liars. On 9/4/07, I called the gym to speak with the manager regarding my membership. I was told that the manager was on the other line and I could hold for him (J.J).
