i ordered the free trial offer. It was never shipped to me they charged me the 3.95 plus an out of country fee. Then 2 wks later they charged me 89.31. I called them and they said it was in the agreement. i can't find any such agreement and they say that once it has been shipped there is no refund, all the sites i have gone on say there is refund guaranteed. This is awful. I have looked everywhere to get a phone number, website, anything to help get this resolved and it is almost impossible to find anything other than complaints. How have they been in business this long using a celebrity name and not been confronted and stopped? Do not have an address for LS Performce Products, but they are in Nevada and phone is 888-2898-8740. There is a charge on my credit card for a bottle of Pure Çolon 1000 that I did not order. I have notified my card that this charge needs to be disputed, and so that is now in the process. Left word at the above tel.#, but have had no communication in a week...also canceled online if this is a monthly shipping charge to be billed in the future. We were taken to the hospital after a car accident and my 7 year old daughter that has Celebral Palsey was taken due to her kneee pain and when she got to the hospital they did a CT scan but no X-rays so they discharged us saying that she is ok, A week passed and her pain never went away so we took her to west Houston Hostpital and they advised me that she has two broken femurs and that she might need on operation and they then sent us to Texas Children's Hospital. They did advise me that the accident caused this fracture and that to me was negligence from Memorial's part. read full review »

Airing ads that claim High Fructose Corn Syrup is completing harmless and that it is fine in moderation. When it has been made impossible to have in moderation due to the extensive use of it in a wide variety of products. As well as it being a all natural ingredient when it is not naturally occurring nature and requires a intensive chemical process to be created. Could someone please tell the emplyees of Dunkin Donuts that tea is not the same as coffee and can not be prepared in the same manor. On Sept 21, 2008, I was on my way to Madison and stopped at the KFC Taco Bell drive thru. I ordered a large mashed potato and gravy- a T 7 with soft shell tacos and a root beer, and a popcorn chicken meal with wedges and a sprite. I ordered a sample bottle for shipping and handling charges only of $3.95 to my credit card, and within two weeks they billed me $89.31 for a full bottle, saying that because I didn't call with 14 days I was obligated to pay for this bottle and they didn't accept returns. I ordered the trial sample, tried it for 5 days, and then 3 days later I recieved a bottle of it again. No other info was included in the package. I never ordered it, and have no way of cancelling it or of returning the unwanted supply. The original charge was for 4.87, and the second charge to my card is for 76.42. I purchased a Louis Vuitton handbag for Mohega, when the handbag arrived I took it to the LV store and was told that the bag was a fake. I came home and called Mohega and was told the in France the handbag was authentic. I told them that we weren't in France and wanted to return the handbag due to false advertising. Please do not trust their suit alterations. I picked mine up and after trying it on in the store found that the jacket wasn't altered. The staff member was nice enough and wanted to accommodate the problem, but I'm leaving the city so I cannot wait days more for them to fix this, despite being charged for it. Perhaps I should have known that there would be mess ups with the condition that they keep the store and their under staffing. I started to take more notice of info given on the breads that Safeway sells. They have a "baked on" date and a "best before" date. Here's my problem. When a customer goes to buy a loaf of bread and sees that there is a bakery in the store, they assume that the bread is fresh, baked that day. Especially if the price for the bread is the same. However unless you actually check the dates, you won't know how fresh the bread is. Right?. I ordered a trial of Acaipure for $4.95 (S&H) and was told that my credit card was denied. As it turns out, I used my work zip code for the transaction, which does not match my home address. However, when I checked my bank account the next day, there was a $44.95 charge from CCN Nutra. Not only was this charged after my debit card was denied, but $4.95 suddenly turned into $44.95. This is a scam and I hope others will research this company before giving them any information, like I did not.
