My family and I had gone to KFC for dinner on June 7. When we got there, we waited in line for a few minutes before we received any service. The employees just stood around doing nothing, but made us wait anyways. Had a meal at Sisley's in Valencia. We needed to get going and told the waitress not bring us the dessert tray. She apologized and said that she had to or she would be fired. I had a 48 hour hospital stay in May, 2008, due to a stroke (life threatening emergency). I went to the nearest emergency room, which also was still listed on their website a month after my admission as a member provider. It is also listed in the manuals they sent me in 2008 as a member provider. They denied the hospital bill because they say the hospital has not been a member provider since April 2003. Rite Aid used to be Brooks Pharmacy. The pharmacy staff was wonderful, helpful and consistantly professional. Now it is Rite Aid. We have had problems since the change over. I called them as there was a two year warranty on it and a male told me the owner was in jail. Well, this happened over 3 yrs ago, but I found out about this forum this morning...hence reporting this! I joined 24 hr fitness about 3 years ago, and I paid them $500 for a set of 10 sessions with a personal trainer. I took two tommy bahama items to be cleaned. Upon picking them up and getting them home, i noticed that the dye on one dress had run all over the garment. The other garment, a two piece suit, had scorch marks on it, obviously burned in the pressing. I called to discuss and they blamed it on the manufacturer, although i had had these two items dry cleaned other times with no problems. Do not go to stylist named Kat. She put red highlights in my hair that faded to orange in less than 24 hours. Went back and was told this was normal. If I had been advised that the colour would leave my hair that quickly then I wouldn't have had it done. Great haircut but sorry overpriced hair colour. She wanted to put another permanent hair colour on top of this but it wasn't the colour I wanted. On 6/3/08, I bought a ham/turkey/cheese Ready Pac Bistro salad from a local 7-11 store, located on Moody and Crescent in the city of La Palma. I bought it because it looked clean and simple to eat. Seems like a charming, innocuous site, but do not be fooled! After spending a lot of money with them in January - money which was deducted from my Paypal account - to this day I neither got a confirmation email, nor did I ever receive my order. I tried to take up the claim with Paypal two months later, but they told me I was 'too late' to do anything. I beg everyone to avoid this site like the plague! I ordered the free trial of this product. On the same day as I ordered it they charged my credit card $6.95 for the shipping, and 37.75 for the free product. Then on July 4th they charged my account another $69.87 and I didn't even receive the product until the 9th of July. Dr. Clevens literally WROTE the BOOK on lip surgery! He lectures on this topic, he has done teaching videos for other doctors on surgery of the lip. I needed a root canal before i went to Dr. Haider's office. My jaw was swolen and my back tooth was in pain. He took xray's and stated he could repair tooth without doing root canal.
