I ordered a Ladies Rolex Daytona from this group and I also read everything I could before I paid my $200. I got a watch that didn't work and they never would give me a return address. Even their reply emails were phoney. They always respond with the same customer service rep - Rob. They are obviously putting their own testimonials in and the return policy is a joke. I know this is a little item but the service I got infuriated me so much that I had to tell somebody, tell everybody. I purchased a battery for the remote in dad's car ($10). Put it in, worked for three days then it just went flat. We tried a different battery to make sure the remote was fine, which it was. I then tried the new battery in my remote to double check and yes it was flat as a tack. So with our receipt we went back to the shop we purchased it from. I just wanted to say i have been getting my hair done for 4 years. Hairlocs strands have changed throughout the years and gotten progressively thinner and LESS hair in every strand. Not even the same quality. Its a shame that they are charging just as much $$$$ and giving LESS HAIR AND THINNER . Gary Newginis (spell?) charged me $100 to set the time and chime on my antique clock. I watched him work, and he was very rough. The time and chimes were not matching. He said he fixed it and then left. 20 mins later, it was chiming nonstop. I called him to come back, he did about 9 hours later. The infomercial is VERY convincing. These eyelash extensions were more difficult to put on than advertised, but with practice could have looked good. The problem is with the glue. Once you sleep in the eyelashes they all glop together and you can't get them apart. The kit comes with a lash comb. But combing through the sticky glue is totally impossible. There is NO ONE at the 888 number, and even if there was my invoice says that they only accept returns on UNUSED merchandise. Hometownquotes.com and/or their affiliate has used my name to link to their website. These multiple links can drive clients away from me and redirect them to this company. It is very sneaky in my opinion. They have done nothing to suffice this issue as the links are still out there. They were sued last year by a very large insurance agency in the Nashville area for doing, what it seem to be the same thing. They have not followed up with me or put an end to this. After completing a year of chemotherapy I decided to treat myself to a face lift for a fresh start. The scars on the back of my neck were so horrible it took two additional z type scar reductions to look somewhat normal. This was so embarrassing I could hardly go out of the house. Dr Back claim that I changed my hairstyle (I am a male!!!) He messed up, then he lies. Not to mention the severe complications I had in his surgi center. I had to go back in an hour later to have the incisions reopened because of swelling. Then he sent me home to another state with a friend after all the hours I was sedated.
